Operating Policies

 FOR THE ENJOYMENT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS WE ASK THAT YOU OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES

 

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • Arrive between 11:30 am – 1:30 pm on weekends and between 11:30 am – 4:00 pm on weekdays.  
  • Departure by 11 am.
  • Late arrivals, please call ahead to make arrangements with our office for remote check-in.

 

CHILDREN

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using any campground amenities.
  • Children are not to be left unattended at campsites.

 

QUIET TIMES

  10 pm to 8 am.

 

SITE GUIDELINES

  • One family per site.
  • One camping unit per site.
  • No more than eight people per site.
  • Maximum of two vehicles per site.
  • Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only.
  • Trash is not to be burned in fire rings.
  • Sites are to be kept clutter-free. 
  • All radios and TVs must be kept to an acceptable volume.  Please be considerate of your neighbors.

 

CAMPFIRES AND FIREWOOD

  • Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only.
  • Firewood is not to be brought into the park.
  • Firewood is for sale outside of the laundry room.
  • Payment for firewood can be made via Venmo, PayPal or the cash box.

 

VISITORS

Campground guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors. Only registered campers are permitted in the campground after 10:00 PM. 

 

ALCOHOL, DRUGS, FIREARMS, AND FIREWORKS

  • Alcoholic beverages and unauthorized drugs (including cannabis) are NOT permitted. 
  • Brandishing and discharging of firearms, lethal weapons, and fireworks are NOT permitted.

 

SMOKING

CreationView Campground is a non-smoking premises. Smoking is not permitted in the camp buildings or on camp property.

 

CABINS

  • Linens and bedding are not provided.
  • Cooking in the cabin is not permitted. Cooking can be done outside.
  • Cabins are pet-free, alcohol-free, and non-smoking.
  • Cabins accommodate up to four campers.
  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 PM
  • The maximum cabin stay is fourteen days.
  • Please remove all personal items and dispose of trash upon departure.
  • Other “Campground Guidelines and Policies” also apply.

 

 RESTROOMS/SHOWERS

  • A men’s and a women’s restroom and showers are located on the east side of the campground office building.
  • The handicap restroom/shower is located on the north side of the campground office building.  This restroom is reserved for handicapped guests or families with special needs.
  • Please notify our office if the restroom requires servicing.

 

PUBLIC AREAS

  • Please clean up after using common areas. 
  • Profanity, drunkenness, and disorderly conduct are not permitted. 
  • Shirts and shoes must be worn in all buildings – no bathing suits are allowed inside the clubhouse or camp store.

 

SWIMMING POOL

  • Hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm. 
  • NO LIFEGUARD on duty.
  • Registered guest only.
  • All guests are required to follow the posted rules.  
  • All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Modest bathing attire is required. Persons wearing two-piece suits or revealing one-piece suits, speedo, high or low cut type suits will be asked to wear some type of cover-up or change their suits. 

 

CLUBHOUSE

  • Hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm, except when closed for special events.
  • All children require adult supervision.
  • Please be courteous and leave the space ready for the next guest.
  • Food and drink are not permitted in the clubhouse without prior approval.

 

LAUNDRY

  • Hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm.
  • Laundry must be completed and retrieved by 9 pm.
  • The washing of pet bedding/blankets is not permitted.

 

PLAYGROUND

  • All children require adult supervision.
  • Pets are not permitted in the playground area.

 

BICYCLES AND OTHER ITEMS

  • Riding bicycles and other items is permitted on camp roads only.
  • No riding of bicycles after dark.
  • ATVs are not permitted.

 

GOLF CARTS 

  • Golf carts must be registered at the office. 
  • Only licensed drivers may operate any motorized vehicle on camp property. 
  • Only adequately equipped vehicles can be operated between dusk and dawn.

 

SOLICITATION

No solicitation in the park. No sales or display of goods are permitted on campground property.

 

PET POLICY

  • Two pets maximum.
  • Aggressive breeds (i.e. Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc.) are not permitted. 
  • Any aggressive or excessive barking dog will be required to vacate the campground property.
  • Pets must be attended to at all times and must be kept on a max 6-foot leash.
  • Pets are not permitted in campground buildings, on the playground, at the pool, or on other guest’s sites.
  • Pet waste is to be cleaned up immediately and disposed of at the pet stations.
  • A dog walk is located in the southeast field.

 

SEWER CONNECTION

  • State law requires proper sewer connections on all sites.
  • No emptying of sewer or greywater onto the ground.

 

VEHICLE PARKING

  • No vehicles of any kind can be parked on roadways or grass. 
  • We permit two vehicles per site as long as both vehicles fit on your pad. (A motorhome does not count as a vehicle when used as a camping unit.)

 

UTILITY TRAILER/BOAT PARKING

  • Limited parking for utility trailers and boats is available on a first-come-first-serve basis for a daily fee.
  • Contact our office for availability and pricing.

 

GARBAGE

  • Self-service campground dumpsters are located at the entrance gate.
  • Please bag all trash in a secure, leak-resistant plastic trash bag. 
  • All boxes must be broken down, with no loose paper. 
  • Do not leave trash out overnight. 

 

LAKE/POND 

  • NO LIFEGUARD on DUTY.  Participation in water/boating activities is at your own risk.
  • Swimming or wading is not permitted in the pond or lake.  
  • Catch and release fishing is allowed. 
  • Life jackets are required with the use of any boat.
  • Life jackets are available for use at both the lake and pond locations.  
  • After use, please remove the boats from the water and place all life jackets and boating accessories back in the designated area.
  • Boats are available for use from 9 am to 9 pm.

 

Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior found to go against campground guidelines or is detrimental to the campground and/or other patrons.

 

INTERNET USE

Guests are reminded that your use of our internet hotspot is a privilege and is traceable to our internet address and may be traceable directly to your site and reservation.  Please use the internet in a legal and considerate manner.

 

We, therefore, ask you not to visit sites which are:

  • Illegal under current laws of the United States
  • Contain obscene, profane, or abusive language.
  • Contain pornographic material whether in writing, pictures, films, or video clips.
  • Infringe on third-party rights or otherwise unlawful.

 

Internet Content

We reserve the right to block access to any website at any time without notice.
We may block any website that we deem inappropriate. However, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be blocked. If you gain access to a site that you consider inappropriate or illegal, close your web browser immediately. The site renter is responsible to keep all illegal or inappropriate content from being accessed by any individual or guest connected with their site while using browsing devices connected to our service.

 

Systems and Data Security

CreationView Campground will not be held responsible for any damage to your equipment while connected to its network.

CreationView Campground will provide Internet access via the wireless network and will undertake reasonable steps to ensure it is secure from unauthorized users. However, no guarantee can be made to this effect. Your internet usage is not guaranteed to be unmonitored by other guests on the same network. 

You are responsible for your own anti-virus and anti-malware precautions including the use of Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections to help prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to your computer or transmitting data. Many of these steps should be done prior to using our network to avoid risk. Use of our wireless network is at your own risk. CreationView Campground is not responsible for any illegal use or data breach of your systems while using our network.

 

Monitoring and Compliance

CreationView Campground reserves the right to protect its network and systems by monitoring user website access.  No content will be captured but surfing activities may be monitored for the following purposes:

  • To ensure that the use of the system is legitimate and in accordance with this policy.
  • To comply with any legal obligation.

If your use constitutes a criminal offense, the information will be handed to the appropriate authorities.

We lightly monitor usage as part of the park improvements and do have some limited protections in place.

 

Specific Permissions to You

Wireless access to the Internet is in accordance with this policy. Use of the WiFi network provided by CreationView Campground infers your acceptance of this policy.
